02 / WHAT IT DOES
Audit first. Monitor when authorized.
Anyone can ask the plugin to run a fresh audit. It uses MentionMint’s shared scoring pipeline and returns the composite score, ChatGPT / Claude / Perplexity presence, prompt-level evidence, competitors, crawlability, top fix, and a stable report URL.
After you sign in and create a dashboard token, the assistant can retrieve your own audits and read monitoring status or completed history. It cannot see another account’s rows.
03 / MONITORING ACCESS
Connect a dashboard token
- Create and verify your MentionMint account, or sign in.
- From the dashboard, choose Generate connection token.
- Paste the token into your assistant’s private connection settings.
Keep it private. The bearer token is shown once, is never embedded in this page, and should not be published in prompts, code, or shared logs.
